Shipping and Exchange

Once the order is packed, a delivery partner from our store or a third party will pick up the order and deliver it to your location. You can also track the delivery of your order at /orders

We will deliver your order within the same day or a maximum of 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery charges are based on the distance between the store and the delivery location. We also offer free delivery depending on the order value and special occasions.

Exchange of the sold products is not possible according to our terms and conditions. However, you can make a request for replacement if the products have expired or damaged during shipping.
